Shipping policy

Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States.

Processing time. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery estimates. Delivery time depends on the item and the warehouse it ships from. Items shipping from our US warehouses typically arrive within 3–7 business days after processing. Select items shipping from overseas warehouses typically arrive within 7–20 business days after processing. The estimated delivery window for each item is shown on its product page. These are estimates, not guarantees — carrier and customs delays are outside our control.

Shipping cost. Standard shipping is free on all US orders.

Signature on delivery. For your protection and ours, orders over $500 may require a signature on delivery.

Address accuracy. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost or delayed shipments. If tracking stalls or a package appears lost, contact support@hardlinesupply.co and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
