Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Return window. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Start a return. Email support@hardlinesupply.co with your order number and reason before sending anything back. We'll issue a return authorization and the correct return address. Items sent back without authorization may not be eligible for a refund.

Condition. Returned items must be unused, in their original undamaged packaging, with all parts, tags, and accessories included, and in resalable condition.

Return shipping & restocking. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping and a 15% restocking fee is deducted from the refund to cover handling and processing. If we sent the wrong item, or the item arrived damaged or defective, we cover return shipping and waive the restocking fee.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items. Inspect your order on arrival and report any damage, defects, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery to support@hardlinesupply.co with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund.

Non-returnable items. Final-sale and clearance items, custom or special-order items, and used or installed items are not eligible for return.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Cancellations. Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Once an order has shipped, the return policy above applies.
